a kitchen was equipped with a microwave oven, coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator. so close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
-
The location was GREAT and the housekeeping staff were accommodating.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Amazing breakfast, friendly staff; perfect location. Dickey's barbecue pit, where you can eat, is easy walk to the property.
-
The room was perfect. The rest is typically American. Foodtruck in front of the hotel, very cold breakfast room, . Breakfast - scary what people eat but there was enough choice.
The location on the highway, the volume therefore at the pool. If the windows in the room are closed, it's ok

I returned to the Residence Inn after 5 years because the location is great, the facility is fabulous for a family/group and the amenities are lovely. Will stay there again.
not a thing

We chose the Residence Inn because of it's easy access to Portland's light rail system, just a few blocks away. The Lloyd Center Mall and the variety of restaurants in the vicinity were an added bonus. Our room was roomy and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was tasty with a nice variety of choices: eggs, sausage, ham or bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and oatmeal some of the choices. We've stayed there before and would stay there again.

the resiption staff was great and helpfull.
housekeeping they did not pather to clean the room . and they never answer you if you call

The room was nice and large. The kitchen / living is a surprise, you really could live her for longer periods. The location is nice as well, with a lot of green, lots of parking spaces, and nearby city center. The staff is super-friendly, The "business center" has a laser printer that guests can use, very convenient.
Breakfast was a bit limited and non-European (Americans don't seem to like cheese for breakfast, but a lot of eggs, sausages, potatoes). The rooms and the beds are terribly noisy (when the upper neighbours walk, it feels like the ceiling comes down with every step, and you can hear them talk and you can hear them move in bed, it squeaks). The pool is so small, it is more a big bath tub, you can't swim there. The showers are made for small people (I'm 6'4" and the shower was at the height of my breasts). The kitchen really should have an electric water kettle.

wonderful ambience. Towels and bedclothes were first rate. Breakfast was wonderful and the atmosphere is great. The room was wonderful, spacious with well stocked kitchenette. People all friendly and helpful.,

Everything was fine for a hotel experience that was more like a condo than a hotel; I appreciated that because I liked the feeling of being at home.
Forgot about the cold rain until I ran from my room to the gym. Would be awesome if they would cover the walkways to the main center.
